I'm looking for mangas where the main girl suffers a lot. She constantly has to deal with moral dilemmas and there has to be a lot of angsty moments.

The main lead's dilemma and low esteem in Shibou to Iu Na no Fuku o Kite probably counts.

Bitter Virgin, Doll Garden, Dokuhime and Deep Love - Reina no Unmei have a lot of these scenes.

Bokurano

The orphans in Bradherley no Basha have a lot of angst and tortured looks.

Basara and 7 seeds

Please don't recommend any shoujo smut unless it's a good one.
