looking for a manga revolving around twin girls and 1 guy. a romantic comedy. can have action, fantasy or pretty everything except yuri, yaoi or hentai cannot have those three.

Definitely Futakoi Alternative. I only watched the anime though
There's also the anime "Futakoi" with many different pairs of twins. "Futakoi Alternative" is a spin-off with only one pair of twins of all the twins in the first show =P
