I've read Mishounen Produce and Bitter Sweet love, and i wonder if there is any manga similar to these. BTW, I am a big fan of shoujo XD so i only read shoujo manga thanks again everyone

Midnight Secretary is kind of like that, the heroine wears glasses because she doesn't get taken seriously when she takes them off (people think she's too cute to be a good secretary).

Not sure if it counts, but in Do You Remember, Mogwa? the main character always wears a mask, and people call her ugly all the time. But she takes it off like halfway into the manhwa and she's actually really pretty.

Switch Girl is the exact OPPOSITE though, if that interests you at all.
