It looks like fanart from Ao no Exorcist (Rin and Shiemi) but I'm not too sure.

No. I don't think its Ao no Exorcist. If you look closely, the neck tie for the exorcist academy uniform has a black, red and white striped pattern. The neck tie on the male character in his avatar is all black. Rin's hair is also more unkempt and messy.

Imo this looks more like a shoujo manga than shounen.
