Seconding Yoshihara Yuki (although her stories are more comedy than smut to me)
Biyaku Cafe(this is like my personal favourite of all smut manga) and others by UKYOU Ayane
SHINJO Mayu all her works (I don't like any of them myself though..)
MITSUKI Kako (the mangaka of Kiss/Hug, her stories quite resemble each other imo)

Intense kissing scenes?! Isn't this usually in smut... (mainly shoujo smut?)... well... I'll list the ones I enjoy (or are guilty of enjoying... please don't judge me!! XD)

Seisei Suruhodo, Aishiteru -- this is like... a TV drama/soap opera... seriously!!
I like MIYAZONO Izumi's art... you can try "Blanket Ichimai no Yoru" from Sensei, Mou Ichido...
Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto? I know that this was a sweet story though...

Except for a few pornographic series, the only one I can think of that's got any (in my opinion) intense kissing scenes at all, is Kaichou wa Maid-sama.
