Idol Pretender - guy drank some weird pills while he had a cold, and turned into a girl. Not a oneshot...the scanlators are currently typesetting ch2, the "oneshot" is ch1.
Boku to Kanojo no XXX - a weak guy and a strong girl switch bodies. The strong girl (in the guy's body) falls in love with her best friend (female) while the weak guy (in the girl's body) is getting the short end of the stick.
Pretty Face - a guy gets into a car accident, and his face is beyond repair. A doctor fixes it, but uses the photo of the girl he likes for reference... (he's technically still a guy though...)
Kakumei no Hi - guy discovers his genetic makeup is actually female and decides to become a female. Now she has to try to adjust to being a female...while fending off interested guys.
Ame Nochi Hare (BIKKE) - group of guys discover that they'll turn female for a short while everytime it rains.
