Maybe you should get extended warranty if you find yourself having to buy a new monitor every 2 years...

You speak of wanting the best monitor on that price range and you giving examples of TN monitors and best and TN can never be put together you should look into some IPS true be told that from that price range you are very limited but if you want to make animation you need the best color and that doesn't change just by lock at it from 2 cm to the side from the center of the screen.
TN screens may look pretty but they suck when the matter is colors reproduction and vision angles only if you are really paranoid about FPS games thanks to theirs good response times
I would for that price check the Dell U2311H if u want 16:9 also you should see it in person first because many people dont like the anti glare
Also im one of those who believe that 27' inch screens using 1920*1080 is terrible buy ate that monitor screen should be already 2560*1440/2560*1600 but that is price range much above so i say if u want 1920*1080 dont go upper them 24'

this just my opinion hope it would help in any way

thxx for help but IPS hmonitors have slow reesponse time it means its like to gain something(make animation) I must completly lose somthing(fast blu-rays) and 27'IPS are expensive but th. for opinion.

I'm not going to bother typing out a multi-paragraph essay about TN vs IPS, contrast-ratios, gamut, refresh rates, blah-blah, because;
1. It'll make me sound like a condescending git
2. I'm tired.

What I can advise you on is this:

A)
Go to http://www.eizo.com/global/ and check out their range. Find a few modelsthat might suit your needs (assuming you know what your needs are... I'm skeptical, but whatever). Check online dealers (or the websites of authorized dealers linked from the Eizo site) and review sites for opinions and prices. Start saving.

B)
Go to http://www.eizo.com/global/ and check out their range. Then get the contact info of the nearest authorized dealer to your location, or the support-hotline for your country. Call them (or better still, head to the showroom/dealer in person). Tell them your needs (and pretend you can afford them, even if you can't). Most Eizo reps know what they're talking about, in my experience, and they'll take time to explain stuff to you properly. Get their name cards (and hand out your own if you have one). Go back home and start saving.

Seriously,
I've been using Eizo CRTs and LCDs for close to a decade now. No other brand I've tried has ever come close (except maybe some NEC models) when it comes to color-accuracy and gamut (I edit and print in ProPhotoRGB, btw). Yeah, my field and yours aren't exactly the same, but I'm sure many of our needs/preferences are shared. Only thing I'm not quite sure on is the response-time required for your work. They're expensive, but money well-spent, imho. If you're some sort of student, try looking for a refurbished one if you can.

A step lower from an Eizo ColorEdge would be something by Lacie or NEC, and then maybe the higer end ones by HP, or Apple Cinema displays.

Note: My recommendations are purely for production, since that's probably more important compared to watching Blu-Ray/HD movies. I suppose it's easier to strike a fair balance between Video-production/animation and movie-viewing than say, photo-retouching or catalog work.
