What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

In the Business Jump site the first chapter is available for reading. To read the rest you need to pay 590 yen.
The second volume is available too.
