the 18+ means its a H-doujin.
the fact that theres a dude on the cover means....its probably yaoi. the title is there though, if you can read kanji

I concur with the earlier post. But...
Maybe you shouldn't be looking for titles which so obviously are according to the cover.
Probably more than 90% of the cases when it says 18+ it's of that kind of content, but not always. How it's supposed to mean that it's doujinshi though I have no idea. In fact, I'd say it has absolutely no connection whatsoever.

Wow, someone is so full of him/herself...
And it's obviously a yaoi doujinshi of the Sengoku Basara franchise (the original series is NOT yaoi -- it's shounen + historical + action) - so you're out of luck, I'm afraid. The artist sure has some skill, though! That's quite a nice picture, especially considering that it's just a doujin.
