Truthfully, I'm just curious to see what all of you think.
In my opinion, they are beautiful and most have very nice figures/curves, along with amazing personalities. However, it depends on the person, as everyone is different.

i think everyone has their own opinion on what "chubby" means. when it think of chubby i think of having fluffy cheeks and a thicker body(when i say thicker i don't mean fatter).
personally i find chubby ppl to be cute and have a youthful appearance.
"chubby" reminds me of babies.
edit: i changed childlike to youthful, suits my opinion better

I find them adorable<3 Although many are very voluptuous, so I wouldn't use the word "childlike". Though that's just me.

Well, I suppose it depends on the person. If I've talked to someone and find that I like them, honestly I could care less what they look like. I have friends of all genders, shapes, and sizes. If you're asking if I prefer to look at them over a skinny woman... well, not really no, but then it all comes down to how I feel about them doesn't it? My first love was chubby after all.

Well, considering the fact that I'm "chubby" myself, I honestly find anyone "chubby" or overweight to be unattractive. Call me shallow, but I judge them by that ONLY on a physical level so don't bother with the whole "it's on the inside" speech. I don't make any assumptions about who they are as a person, but whenever I saw someone overweight I find it completely and utterly unappealing. I know it's a point of low self-esteem for some people, genetic for others, laziness or over-eating, but I really don't care. I guess I'm cold, but being fat myself I'm allowed to be overly critical. I'm trying to fix it now though. Exercise can be a pain in the ass, but all it takes is intense motivation.

Hmm, I suppose it also depends on the culture of the women. I myself am a bit chubby, however I consider myself pretty and have recieved plenty of offers from the opposite sex. Though, it should be taken into account that I'm purely hispanic and live in a hispanic dominating society, where curves/fat is much more appealing than underweight women.

As I realize your message, chubby women have a body with different proportions by nature.
I think that they can be the most beautiful people in the world. Isn't that well-shaped people don't, but sometimes it's complicated because they rely a lot on their physical appearance, and sadly, due to the society which gives them that impression.
And even though chubbies are often victims of discrimination and cruel jokes, several of them have learned how to deal with it. For that reason, they don't depend of their bodies and it's easier to show their real selves.
In my life, I've met lots of people, and they're the best so far. No prejudices nor paradigms. Women could find in them the perfect friends; if men would give them an opportunity, they'd find great hearts.

i thought about it and youthful sounds like a more fitting word to me instead of childlike.

Hmm...well, I'm guessing that you are using "chubby" to mean curvy, or (I'm from the south) a "got some meat on her bones" kind of girl. Yes, chubby girls are beautiful. Women are supposed to be soft.
Honestly, I've never understood the craze for Kate Moss type women. Who would want a girl who looks like she is always about to pass out from hunger anyway?
*I've been looking for a picture to show my idea of chubby, but I can't find any...seems like Hollywood isn't big on chubby right now.

@Neonkitty: That seems like a fitting word(:
@Orpheus: "got some meat on her bones" is exactly what I mean by "chubby", Thank you for that phrase, I had forgotten it. I would say a good example of a chubby woman would be...America Ferrera before she lost weight.

First of all my definition of chubby is a few pounds overweight. Example average pants size 6 to 8 and chubby is pants size 10 to 12 for someone that is 5 foot 6 inches. Looks wise this completely depends on women, some women hold weight better then others, me personally I do not hold weight well. I personally like keeping myself thinner because I think I look better that way and also clothes fit better.
Personality wise, I been friends with, known and worked with women of all sizes and I've met chubby women that have been very nice and some that have been complete slutty bitches who try way to hard to sexy.
Health wise, chubby can easily turn into obesity which is a health issue. Obese individuals have a higher chance of major health issues, joint issues, self esteem issues, and over all just being active. Over all I think if you look a mirror and you say to yourself "I'm chubby" and not "I'm curvy" I think it's time to make some life style changes like adding more exercise and reflect on how much and what your eating. I don't think weight is as important as how you feel about yourself.

I don't mind if a girl has a sixpack or not.
The best is close to my own body proportions. Can be fattier, but preferred
not to be skinnier. Also depends what parts the chubbiness affects.

I think they are awesome. Incredibly sexy. I am very much attracted to the larger ladies.

Unattractive, regardless of the personality.
