Hi,
Ive read a lot of mangas in the past and the ones I am now quite interested in are the ones that have only one person with special powers say in a normal world (medieval, modern, (maybe even fantasy depending on the case of super powers), etc.) and every one else in this world does not have super powers of any sorts.
I would say that these type of mangas would be equivalent to Destroy And Revolution, but as of yet I have not found any other manga pertaining these kind of situations,
thanks for any help!

Saishuu Heiki Kanojo
It is quite a sad story. The main female is unique in her world. There are no others like her that have the powers that she has.

I haven't read Destroy and Revolution, but from the summary, I recommend:
Nanika Mochigattemasu ka
Zoo (Novel) - the story, "Words of God".

How about Homunculus and maybe Psycho Staff - although there is mention of other esper (extremely rare and so on), he is the only person in the manga able to do it afair...

There's technically 2 super power people but you don't know that until later in the story

The two top anti-hero mangas namely Death Note and Code Geass. Another one that was recommended to me recently is es I am still reading this one. What else... Oh yeah! DN Angel i haven't read the whole thing but i am pretty sure that only the main character has this changing ability thing.
