Okay, been following this series since Chapter 3, and I've been loving it more every chapter. I'm wondering, though, if she is ever going to do something "over the edge". What I mean by "over the edge" is something more irreversible. I mean, everything she's done so far has been, while sometimes extreme, at least easily fixable or even having no lasting impact. After she molested his recorder, he can just wash it off. He can just delete the call history from his phone. It's not that hard just to keep the bottles in his room. It just seems like nothing she does really has any lasting effect, except to maybe creep our male protagonist out a bit more (and maybe make him fall for her more).

Thoughts?

So far all she's done is express an abnormal amount of love and obsession. If anything's irreversible, it'd probably be if someone else finds out how obsessed she is. Or she could be a yandere aka psycho bitch due to jealousy and the intro of a new female character.

Yeah, I have to agree with SilverStripe. I don't really see her escalating to anything too drastic (kidnapping him, drugging and raping him, etc) until there is some competition. I was really surprised when Koharu met his childhood friend...they are extremely close, but I guess Koharu has stalked him long enough to know that there is no romance there.

The other side is Akira. Yeah, he has been a little freaked out by some of Koharu's actions: sucking on his recorder, digging through the trash, trying to glue their hands together, but he just seems to shrug them off, when he sees how cute she is. Or, he realizes how much she likes him.

In my opinion, this is the main problem with crazy girls. There is something about crazy that makes a girl look extremely cute...cute enough to even ignore things like multiple calls a day while you're out of town. Then, one day you come home and find her sniffing your laundry. Or, you go to bed alone (with all of the doors and windows locked) and wake up the next morning with a love letter on your pillow.

She's officially a Yandere now. The only thing missing is a kitchen knife.

Yeah, that was way too sudden. I figured that she would be fine with his classmate/childhood friend, but now this new girl has pushed her over the edge of sanity. The walls covered in pictures of him and then "taking back" all of his firsts from Mika....this will not end well. Choice one, he loses Mika and is stuck with a psychotic girlfriend for years. Choice two, he stays with Mika, but Koharu starts breaking into his house while he sleeps and leaves love letters on his pillow (happened to me). Neither choice is a win.

Choice 3) dude snaps and turns pimp for 0.4 seconds, and then koharu somewhat recognizes her wrongs and patches it up in her own weird ways

Overall point here is intentionally f'ing with your childhood friends girlfriend, because of your past crush on him, can turn horribly wrong if you don't make sure she is mentally stable. Tbh I'm on koharus side cuz Mika was being a bitter annoyance, and was the cause of all the discord in their usually insane, but manageable, relationship. We should just be happy mika didn't end up in a fricken blender at the end lol.

Fortunately while koharu is undeniably unstable, the author seems to have decided to leave her as entirely non-violent(despite the effects all she did was kiss the chick). She wasn't reacting in anger oover their relationship, just was after his first kiss.

That being said hopefully no poor poor wannabe thug ever attempts to mug akira... If he was ever found id doubt it would be in one piece x.x

Anyway she has had some really really creepy moments by this point, but nothing so horrible that it can't be fixed. Almost gave some permanent trauma tho so she got pretty close to the line lol.
