although i agree that hilda and oga are not going to get it on
the whole red tails part i dont agree with because everyone already thinks that hilda and oga did the nasty and that how baby beel was born however i do think that hilda will develop feelings for oga because

causing romantic tension between the three (4 if u add beel)

if rukia and ichigo get together........then these two probably will..........and even if for some strange reason they do love each other they will never say it...or act on it.......probably......I mean it would be awesome if they did....I would eat that shit right up.......but most of these mangakas focus so much on fighting they don't know how to add romance even if they want it....and having come so far in the game adding it in will look forced......and then again most of the mangakas don't have the balls or talent to make these impossible relationships progress....a demon and a human....a shinigami and a human....and idiot and a bitch...a dumbass and a ho....(you know who I'm talking about....)....the only shounen action manga I've read that threw romance in the mix without hindering the plot is "rave"...some people say it looked forced and too sudden but there was a build up throughout the whole story.....it was just mistaken as friendship....so idfk....I would love to see it.......we just have to see if the mangakahas any balls or not........and FUCK Aoi...she has no fucking tact or class...

I see no problem with them getting together. They do NOT dislike each other unlike someone said.
They respect each other, sure. But little by little they are getting closer, not as lover, but as companions and friends.
She trust him, he trusts her, and she is willing to give up her life knowing that her ultimate goal in life (taking care of Beelze) would rest in his hands.
Still romance is probably not going to go far in a shonen like Beelzebub. It's mostly there for a few jokes and a little fan service.

But if the manga had (or gained) a little more substance it could go there. But it's doubtful it would go any deeper.

I think if there is going to be ANY romance that it will be Aoi x Oga but i really don't think that this will have any romance

It'll be Hilda for me =D , when she lost her memories and got It back she remembered everything and basing on what lamia said those were all her personalities that means it was her on free will you dumbshiiits.....

For me that is the most likely pairing, even though I don't mind OgaxAoi. And that is because of many reasons. First canon wise (manga), Tamura-sensei had dropped heavy hints:

-The ever non-stopping development of Hilda and Tatsumi's relationship. By each chapter, it grows subtily stronger. (wether it's friendhsip or romance, it's up to the reader's choice of interpretation.) While its counter-part is still at the same case since they cleared the misunderstanding.

-their duty as parents. Tatsumi is the father and Hilda the mother. Wether or not you want to accept it, it doesn't imply to take care of Beel only. Giving titles like that to each other is stating that they are a family. And sensei show this family vibe in most of his covers/color page. Beel loves Aoi, but he only choose the brunette, that one time when both Hilda and Aoi competed, because she had demonic aura that appealed to him. He himself acknowledges Hilda her as his mother.

-Tatsumi' awareness of both of the women is really different: He can't put two and two together when he sees Aoi dressed as "Kunie", even though he talked with her and she slipped many times with her tongue. But a simple look at Yolda, when she appeared in his room dressed as Hilda (in the let's save Hilda from the Akumano school arc) was enough for him to tell that the woman in front of him was not Hilda. I want to add than even Furuichi who was with Oga in his room has been fooled, and that Yolda was unconscious. In my book, just this scene is telling enough of who is closer to him mind and soul.

-They work wonderfully well together. Even though we never saw Tatsumi and Aoi fighting back to back, we had many times the occasion to appreciate this with the demonic parents.

-The famous "what's happening in my head" scene when Tatsumi went looking for Beel in his mind. He maybe is consciously unaware of what happens around him, but his subconscious is quite interesting to explore. The scene where TrainHilda and TrainAoi are running at full speed as if competing... I will let that to your own interpretation.

I can go on, but I'm getting bored, so I will just tell why I prefer TatsumixHilda from my own point of vue:

-They are funny and interesting. Yes. That's it. No other reason.
I mean, I hate sassy girls (cough Orihime from Bleach cough), and Aoi is faaaaaar from being a sassy one. There is no way I do not like her. I love both Hilda and Aoi to pieces! They are both badass, strong willed, amazing, pretty and I can go on and on. If Hilda was not in the picture, I'd be rooting 100% for Aoi. But Hilda is there. And you know why I choose the demon over the human? Because of their interactions with Tatsumi.

For me, It's far funnier watching Hilda and Tatsumi together than Aoi and him. Don't get me wrong, the Aoi/Oga scenes are funny too. But lesser compared to Oga/Hilda. Now, just think about it, if Aoi and Oga became a couple, do you think there would be anything interesting to talk about? no, they would be a boring couple, just like reading a shoujo, with Oga's blank face and Aoi's blushes everywhere. But with Tatsumi and Hilda, the story will never gets old. And the shounen may continue. And I say that, but I myself only decided about who I prefer for Oga when Aiba came back (I was still a multishipper before the recent chapters). Aoi is the kind of girl who deserves someone who will tell her "I love you" everyday, because she has that cute and shoujo quality Hilda does not have. And Tatsumi cannot give her that kind of assurance, while Aiba can. So thanks Aiba for making it clear who I root for with who.

Voila. I picked Beelzebub because I wanted to laugh and spend a good time. And Hilda/Beel/Tatsumi provide enough lolz just by being together.

I am just throwing some random shounen manga that main characters do reach happy ending together, as mentioned by the previous posters, rave master(hikaru x elli) Rurouni Kenshin(kenshin x kaoru), Flame of recca (recca x yanagi(I think that was her name)).

Then there is dragon ball where the main girl guy pair don't end up together(goku x bulma)

It could go either way, so just wait till the end I guess.

it could also go one piece way where author won't put any romance at all(btw, I am still hoping for luffy x nami pairing)

Ofcourse there's a chance. The signs are everywhere.

1. The akumano high/ rescue Hilda arc.
2. The amnesia arc
3. The christmas family arc

-Hilda has the same age as Oga which make them even more suitable for shipping.

-last but not the least, Hilda is the mother & Oga is the father of Baby Beels pseudo family.

Possible but Hilda considers Beel as her prince but her amnesiac personality considers Oga as her love. Oga doesn't consider anyone like that kind of like his teacher. I have a feeling Oga and Aoi will end up just like their teacher and the women who trained both Aoi and Oga. I have a feeling Beel and Hilda will end up just like Beel's brother and his three maids after he gets older.

I'd prefer if Oga and Hilda end up together, but I can't help but have a fear that the whole human-demon species thing will keep them apart, unless Hilda somehow turns human or something. To be honest, I would rather have OgaXHilda and AoiXAiba.

Besides, Oga and Hilda have similar personalities and they make for better comedy, etc. While Oga doesn't even have any such awareness for Kunieda.


If I didn't already choose OgaXHilda I would have after reading this post.

Actually, I think it's totally normal that Hilda considers Baby Beel her prince, since technically... Wait for it: He is her prince!! Lord En too is her prince! wow! Shocking news! xD
So, not only he is her prince, but she is faithful and devoted to this royalty. I mean come on. She is his mother, not his future concubine. It's obvious that Tamura was trolling like always, making us think about the standard prince charming aka lover who kisses the beauty, while it's actually a real prince needed here. Like, someone has to take it to the literal meaning. So not only Sensei trolled the readers, but even his own characters.
