It's only a one-shot but No Title is about two people who meet but can't communicate because they speak different languages. But the girl must help this guy find his way back to his home.

Theres the croissee anime about a japanesse loli in france.

I don't watch it cuz I'm not pedo, but I assume it would be an issue.
