I'm looking for manga that shows support for a controversial issue.
like a pro eugenics, pro euthanasia manga, or a manga that supports any issue that most people find offensive or objectionable but the author/manga supports

Would lolicon count as controversial since a lot of people don't support it?

Something like:
IS - Otoko demo Onna demo Nai Sei: about intersexuals
Himitsu: investigate cases by viewing the memories of dead people's brains. It's not happened in the real world now, but if it is, I'm sure people will find it offensive.

I think I have more in my list, will edit this if I find them

Edit:
Ikigami
Koroshiya Ichi
Black Jack ni Yoroshiku: there are some episodes that deal with sensitive topic, so I think it maybe fits.

How about clone/s? It's still controversial nowadays. From the list, I recommend Kaguya Hime and A,A. Akumetsu is a good choice, too.

yes it would count, but lolicon and incest are easy to find so i would not include them in this topic

Haha, ic ic, but you could try Akumetsu, it's not really controversial since it's seinen, but there's been rumors about how it ended early because it talked about politicians or whatever.

- Kaiji, kinda shows a dirty side to humanity, but not in a good sense.
- Family Compo : pretty much everyone is a travesty and has a wonderful life that you shouldn't despise.
- Change H, several one shot stories in the line of Hourou Musuko, but some stories kinda have a supernatural theme (humans become Bi due to a decease).
- Densen Complex, many one shot romantic stories that has bittersweet sides to them; the authors are great and pretty much every one of their works can be considered controversial.
- Stop! Hibari Kun, well; it's not translated but is a very old manga about a bishounen who decides to live as a girl and tries to get the favors of his love male interest (who really can't 100% resist him even though he knows he is a guy); it uses comedy to tell the story and it was kinda revolutionary for it's time.
Doesn't Revolutionary Girl Utena also matches this description?
