Do you mean creepy as in the guy looks creepy? Or, do you mean creepy, because his personality freaks us out but the other character don't find it creepy?

Kare kano, maybe. There are some parts I skipped in this series (Well, it's kinda slow.), but the protagonist has a screw loose, indubitably.

For me, I think most of SAKURADA Hina's male leads are very creepy, both appearance and personality wise (even though sometimes they do look good 
)
