Let's be brief - does something like this even exist?
Reverse harems aren't that ecchi, I know. But a non-ecchi series about a boy being overly popular with the girls? Is such thing possible in the mangaverse?

Curiosity and searching for an interesting romance read, hope you'll understand.

It's probably obvious already, but no yuri, yaoi, shounen-ai or shoujo-ai.
Replacing eechi with hentai is no answer! wink

You could try searching under Shoujo, but.... your conditions is quite hard but not unheard of. Awww.... shit. I could only think of manga which involves only 2 girls. Wait... maybe... Nyan Koi!(3 Girls at least), Ou Dorobou Jing(he gets a different girl every arc, no ecchi stuff), ummm..... arghhh...... just go here http://www.mangafox.com/directory/?advopts and tick on harem and cross out the things you don't want(click once to tick them, click another time to cross them, click again to return it to neutral).

The World God Only Knows - Awesome plot with funny lead character!

"I can see the ending!" laugh

Yes, but they probably would not focus on romance as much.
Or, they would involve mature content instead.

IIRC, Iris Zero is a Seinen drama that doesn't really have any ecchi content in it leans towards the harem side. The focus isn't really on the romance side though.

Also, I'd argue that most reverse harems tend to follow their own tropes. Its just that what panders to females is different than what panders to males. It going to be just as flooded with fanservice as any ecchi harem. But that's a whole different debate by itself. So that's all I'll really say.

Some of these aren't listed as Harem, but the main char does seem to have good relationships with multiple women.

Kannagi
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (listed as Ecchi, but it's not very gratuitous...)
Fujimura-kun Meitsu <--- bingo
D-Frag! (sorta. well it reminds me of Fujimura)
Ushiro no Shindere-san (too bad it's on hiatus)

Edit: fixed D-Frag! link
Also: Kikou Shoujo wa Kizutsukanai is shaping up to be harem-ish

Thanks for all the responses. smile Some of them I know already, like Iris Zero, The World God Only Knows (both in my favorites), Fujimura-kun Meitsu, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai and Nyan Koi!. I'll check the other ones though, and try to do the search thing.
Why didn't I think of that earlier, actually? confused

Feel free to point some other good mangas that'd fit. I like when a manga proves that there's more in having many girls than ecchi-ing them.

I agree with Kannagi and just my 2 cents Fate/Stay Night is harem and not ecchi. Of course everybody can say no but to me it's an harem.

And well it depends on how much ecchi and how much harem you want, i.e. Toradora! doesn't have fanservice and basically 3 girls have an interest for MC, while there are other mangas where ecchi is more like a parody of itself than actually ecchi like Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to or Seitokai no Ichizon. Hope it can help.
