basicaly want to know what harem out there has a unique first girl appearane, since the main character almost always ends up with this girl anyway.

This is what I consider to be cliche...
1. Their is almost always a bow or ribbon of some kind in their hair.
2. The girl comes off as an airhead.
3. The girl might come off as a slut. (though this is coupled with no.2) (ex. princess lover!)
4. The girl might be kind of an elite like person (like having really good grades, appearing very upright, ect...) (I actually don't entirely hate this one, but so far number 1 is always aplied to it)

I guess some good examples would be Hayate The combat butler, To aru majutsu no index, and kandachime that I know of so far.

Also could you please leave out adult and mature, well if it really is adult or mature, since i've read Sekirei which is genred mature and have yet to find anything in their fitting this genre (and i'm at ch.115).

and minamoto-kun monogatari (just from the reviews) looks like it might take an adult turn somewhere down the line so i'm avoiding that till it's either completed or somehow gets out of that area.

I watched the anime version of Ai yori Aoshi before I started reading manga, and liked it a lot. I haven't read the manga version, but if it's like the anime, it passes your first three criteria at least, if not all four. I don't really think of her as "unique", as she doesn't have any extraordinary abilities or traits (she's not an alien, or whatever), but she is a much more believable character than the stereotypes you've listed.

Edit: saw someone already recommended it. Seconding it then. Or you can try Trinity Seven: 7-Nin no Mahoutsukai, also a really good series.

Zettai Jousei is pretty good (albeit short). The female protagonist is the rich girl type, but without bows.
