so im looking for a romance manga where the female lead is really possesive over the boy and not vice versa. there should be some comedy in it and the female cant be yandere psycho ( mirai nikki, yuno)

domina no do! sorta fits and she isn't too off the handle.
And the sisters in kissxsis are very possesive as well.
b gata h kei had the chick rather possesive if I remember correctly
onii-chan control fits controlling but she may be a bit too psycho for you.
In fact almost all romance manga are like this.... chicks are always super competative and possesive of the crappy dude no one would look at twice >_>

Ooo actually just rly noticed the not the other way around thing and have a perfect example for you. If anyone else remembers it before I do from the description I won't post it.

Found it, its lotte no omocha! it hasn't made much progress yet but I really recommend it and it is quite fitting after chapter 5 or so I think(when the chick starts liking him)
Other than that all I can offer atm is zero no tsukaima and the dude isn't particularly unpossesive :/.
