I love the love triangles where ones the bad boy, and ones a goody goody two shoes. The girl always falls for the goody goody even though you want her to be with the bad boy. =3

The quintessential breakup/hookup/dramatic moment RAIN SCENE. <3 <3 <3

Playboy/badboy falling in love for the first time with the heroine (I'm such a sucker for that cliche...)

Childhood friend romance. (How is it that all childhood friends grow up to be such hotties?? XD)

Twin boys (who just so happen to be opposites in personality) both falling in love with the heroine... love triangle ensues. <3

The love interest who is emotionally wounded or has some troubled past. (somewhat related: the happy-go-lucky seemingly carefree guy who in fact is very vulnerable)

The breakup 'goodbye kiss' scene that is always super passionate and full of tears.

The tutoring/studying together scene that is never really about the studying. =)

The chivalrous/protective bishounen. <3 (take note, guys, chivalry makes you 10 times hotter~ ^^)

Heroine facing unrequited love drama.

hmm...I know I have more favorite shoujo cliches, but that's all I have for now. XD

When a girl likes your childhood friend, but that childhood friend already have someone else, then some cool guy start to support her in the sad moments. *-*~

AGREED
Also:
I do like a happy ending, as long as its not overly sugar coated, just that no one dies and the people that the story has been building up to being together end up together. I like it when one of the characters runs away and leaves there other half distraught, I love it when the two break up but have those lingering feelings. wink

When the boy gets jealous and reveals his feelings to her through a burst of anger. Does that even count as a cliche? confused

When the male protagonist comes off as a bad guy but only shows his true face to the female lead. Usually helping her out when she needs it the most. Yeah, I'm a sucker for those. @___@;;

The cliche I enjoy most would be the mysterious guys, since they keep you guessing who they are. Pretty much similiar to what BaeSooky said, 'cept more mysterious.
Their the coolest eyes

I'm a sucker for the "demon falling in love with a human" cliche. A similar setup I like is the one where a god falls in love with a human, like in Bride of the Water God and Spirited Away. I loved Greek mythology as a child, so I think I have a weakness for those kinds of romances.

My favorite, favorite, FAVORITE is the ugly girl turns very pretty, but true to herself. But I hate it when they do that only to get a guy or a boyfriend. That's stupid

I also like Bad boy / Good girl.

I'mma sucker

Shounen-ai subtext. It appears in quite a few shoujo. That's the only shoujo cliche (if it counts too) I can tolerate. none

I really like it when the main guy is mean to the protagonist. Like, he'll be all rude and bad, but then he'll have a soft side.
It's so gooey and corny-sounding, but after Kodocha and Inuyasha, that's what makes me all melty.
