So... it can be shoujo, shounen, seinen, or josei. I'm searching for a couple where both girl and guy are sexy, cool-headed, logic, but not so stoic, and sometimes can be badass. It will be good if they can fight. And not more than 20 volume please.

If you are willing to wait a good 60 chapters ubel blatt starts developing something like that. Right now no romance to speak of but I think the chicks fallen pretty hard for the dude, and there is one more awesome chick in the same boat and they've already been together, plus at chapter 100 another bada chick is being introduced... so in all likelyhood it will probably end up in a fitting situation.... and it's pure fricken epic.... its like id... but less boring, and more dark >... basically id and berserks start had a baby and named it in german for no real reason >_>

THIS I definitely recommend because it contains one of the most badass hero and heroine in manga history (the girl starts off as someone weak and of no use and turns into someone remarkable in the end) HOWEVER I warn you a lot of people refused to read it because of the art and if you are one of those people who care about art then I suggest watching the anime instead the drawing is much much better there.

RAVE

If you are looking for a romantic couple who is an awesome hero and heroine definitely read this, it starts slow, there are character development that will make you love the cast more and more, the manga made me laugh multiple time and the first manga to make me cry. The plot is also wonderful, I really enjoyed reading this series.

Fairy Tail

Same author as RAVE, all I can say there are a lot of cool guys and girls in this series and both the main hero and heroine had multiple badass moment. As of now Mashima has not yet confirmed any romantic cannon couple for this series except a few side cast but you're allowed to ship for whoever you want the author drops multiple hints for some of the main ending couple XD

Well... I didn't read any of those you mentioned, so I dunno if these actually fit or not. Gokusen I tried the drama version but ended up dropping it, Tokyo Crazy Paradise and Kaichou wa Maid-sama I dropped the manga too =/.

Classmate, Kamimura Yuuka wa Kou Itta. - has a really awesome couple as main characters (though not really badass)

I've only read 3 chapters of Pika Ichi (it's a new manga, i think) but so far, I think the main characters are quite "cool". The story's not anything awesome but I like the art (its cutesy)...
