I'm kind of tired of reading gender benders where their secret is so easily found out, for example, they get caught in the bathroom or while they're changing(I mean C'MON! Who the hell doesn't lock the damn door here?! ) or someone finds a piece of their clothing like a bra or speedo(lol) or a chest binder of some sort lying around. I'm looking for the intelligent kind of people that knows common sense.

So does anyone know any kind of manga like this?

Also please none of Hwang Ma Ri or Han Yu Rang kind of mangas.
I'm content with ecchi but no hentai, it's kind of over the top

Mayo Chiki!? well she was kinda unconscious I believe... but only very few people know and she hides it pretty well the rest of the time, at least when she has to...

Even though it is revealed in the first chapter iirc, but Aikawa is VERY convincing to be a girl, and nobody knows FOR SURE if he is actually a she. Prunus Girl might be good.. Even though, everybody knows that he is a she, but just NOT sure.

Hana Kimi is another good manga to read. If you like shoujo, hurray for you! If not, READ IT STILL, it's one of the classics.

Definitely the only one I can think of where maincharacter is not found out, at least so far. It is quite a serious story though so not sure if you want it.

I think Hanazakari no Kimitachi e took some time for it to be discovered. Just realized it was already mentioned under a shortened name by spearsmen620..... so ill second that and submit no bra dude is a professional at tucking so no one, other than one person he wanted to, finds out any time soon

Shounen Oujo is a new one, but it's good so far.

Although there aren't many chapters of this out yet, it seems like the gender bending can't be discovered by the world at large, otherwise the main character would get killed. For that reason I'm going to assume that this will, in fact, be a gender bender that isn't "easily exposed," as you requested.
