Hi everyone. I'm looking for this manga that I read a long time ago and just can't remember what it's called. It's about this guy who is in prison for murder. People did an experiment on him and another inmate in some sort of separate cell. They tried to make this weird virus transfer to one of them. This virus only choose the winner/survival so it will transfer to whoever stronger. So in the end, according to my memory, this guy got the virus and ended up committing suicide to stop it. I've been searching for it but google didnt help. I cant remember if it's a short manga or a one shot

Dont waste your time Reading that one vol series... better try one of his other Works Blue Heaven at least gives the whole feeling with only 3 vols
