At the beginning of the story when sun-ken rock gang only starts one of prostitutes is raped very brutally but in manga there is only shown the end of rape so its not shown like in for example wolf guy. After that in about 70 chapter there is series of rapes on idols even rape done by father on his own daugter. Dont want to give u more hints about second rape because it would be too much info even for a spoiler.

Rape isnt done by or to the main character rather he is trying to prevent everything bad happening to anybody

Maybe the guy just doesn't want to read some manga where the main character rapes people or something else.
And if you have a particular emotion over the subject of rape then your wuss?
that's kinda offensive to me.
