What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

i think the main guy is some sort of teacher or something but so basically what i remember is he violated this delinquent with pens then went on raping him. the delinquent at first hated the entire thing but as you know within the yaoi manga world he ended up liking being raped by him
