The main character gets horribly disfigured in an accident and the doctor accidentaly gave him the face of the girl he likes since he had a picture of her in his pocket. then they meet and it turns out she has a twin and he is forced to live with her and pretend he is her sister and hiding the fact that he has a little friend(a ****) :D
