Like all those who said it before me, if they became real, as in 'flesh and blood' actually substantial sort of real, sure, if it happened, why not? If you mean filing for a marriage license with a made-up, imaginary character, nope, it's strange. Anyways, if it's the first case, then I'll have to go with Yukina Kou from Sekaiichi Hatsukoi; then again, I wouldn't want to break up Kisa and Yukina, so no. Ah...
