Try Kanojo o Mamoru 51 no Houhou.
Male protagonist, earthquake in Tokyo. Imo the best survival manga I've ever read.

Let's Lagoon has interesting mysterious plot, supernatural things and so on. Two students(male and female) and their teacher are survivors on a tropical island after shipwreck. Looks like Lost but has fever characters.

You can also read Dragon Head. Students survive after earthquake in metro tonnel. Plot is interesting but sometimes there is too much text and theories.
