And Miria is just standing on the thread of hair, when she jumps the elastic yet strong hair (full of youki) absorb the impact, in the last panel on this chapter she pretty much used it to bounce off. It's like a rubber band.

I am not very happy with the new chapter say 90-124. They all seem out of touch of the main plot of claire (sorry sucky spelling).

I really don't know who is who anymore, all the characters look the same IMO. And they kill off someone and I feel like I don't care who that person was because it doesn't matter to the plot mostly.

Even with the main abyss guys getting killed off they just add more. Kinda stupid way to move the story.

Imo the author is losing his touch on the plot and trying to expand his story more then it should be. He should of just focused on some romance between the girl and the human guy chasing after her while he becomes the main charater to save her. IMO would of made a better plot then the direction he is taking it.

you sure you're reading the same thing as me? If anything the characters are getting more and more interesting. There are some that have been around for a while now and I thing this manga is getting more interesting now. I agree that there is a shift away from Claire but nothing new really, I mean the author has done it before and things are changing big time now.

Also as to the plot, it has a foothold now, its not just another generic "hunt for the one who killed your family/friend" that I thought it was going to be earlier on. People die a lot and everything has a purpose, the big three abyss deaths all served a bigger purpose and it works, this new set as well will serve a purpose. My guess is that just like the creepy guy who made these new three said, it will force Priscilla and by extension Claire to come to the fight. That is the trigger to pull them out of their sleep. I honestly don't expect these new Abyss monsters to last more than this fight but then again I have been wrong before.

The best part about this manga is that everytime I think its falling into cliche's it surprises me. First with the drift from revenge plot(putting it on the back burner and then bringing it back so epicly), then the "search for the boy who is with the enemy now" story was changed as well as the "3 big bosses to kill" were wiped out without the main characters involvement and even the "big bad organisation ruling everything" is seemly dying as well. All these are plots that could have easily been derivative and cliched but are not.

I do agree that the new characters get a bit blurred into one for me at times but thats just the new people, the main characters are very unique and I have no problem with mixing them up with anyone else. look at hair styles if you have problems yourself, at first thats what I did.

I wonder how much longer Claymore is going to continue since the Big Three are dead, they've found Priscilla, Raki is about to reunite with Claire (or so I'd imagine since he's right there with the other old Claymores) and they've more or less overthrown the organization.

What is there left except to kill Priscilla. Unless she gets away again and comes up with some new mischief or the remnants of the organization contact the mainland to get reinforcements and that leads to a new arc or I don't know. Anyway, it feels like Claymore is nearing it's end. Though I suppose it could still be years away since it's a monthly series.
