I believe each character are from a different manga, but sorry, I can't remember where are they from.

It's a collab from different authors in Sho-Comi magazine. I have no idea how to spell the title in romaji but here's the title in Japanese, オレたちにとき めいちゅうえば BOOK.

Sorry I don't know where each character comes from but I know each one's artist. The one with glasses is done by Ichikawa Shou. The one close up with the reddish hair was made by Kumagai Kyoko. The one sitting was made by Yagami Rina. The one in the upper left corner with the orange/blue shirt is from Miyake Madoka. And the one to the upper right with the blonde hair was made by Ayumi Rin. Hopes that helps, it's the best I could do.

It's a collab of Sho-comi and Voltage. The tittle is read "Oretachi ni tokimeichaeba" can be translated loosely as "If your heart fluttered over us" (?) Sorry, I'm not very good at translating 
And the guys are all popular male character from mobile games
Oh and it seems to include these 5 stories:

Q, how do you read the manga on this site. i having a hard time trying to find like a " click " button for me to jump to a chapter of a manga to read one, i try to go to the New release but i don't even see like a Sign saying " please click on me to read my manga/manhwa " or something...
