The title says it all. I'm looking for a manga or anime where the main character either guy or girl plays an instrument. I prefer romance, but if there is no romance then it is ok too. No yaoi, yuri, hentai, ecchi, or shoujo-ai. Shounen-ai is ok. Maybe something like Saiunkoku Monogatari or Nodame Cantabile works.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will look into them. After watching Saiunkoku Monogatari and hearing Shuurei play the erhu I just want to watch or read anime and manga with something similar. Again thank you everyone for the suggestions.
