I'm looking for a romance manga where the female protagonist falls in love with her enemy. I don't want it to be like Special A where she is fighting for number 1 position but something that is more serious like Basara and Yami no Alexandra where she wants to kill her enemy for killing someone precious to her.

->Must be shoujo or josei
->Completely scanlated or is regularly updated
->Preferably long
->It would be great if it was historical
->Must have a happy ending for the female protagonist and the enemy (they are together at the end)

Pretty much.

Too bad, you only want shoujo or josei, otherwise Superior would fit quite well (it does have a bit of josei feel to it though).

you should take this suggestion anyway. the art has a very shoujo feel, and it focuses a lot on the romance/story.... plus its absolutely enthralling.
