Yes! I drive a 2003 Cadillac CTS. Now, I know what you're thinking, and don't jump to conclusions. I got it for free from my dad's buisness friend, but it has 220,000 miles on it. I've had to put $1,800 into it so far, in repairs. Pretty good, considering what I got, but I wish the repairs were cheaper.

As for stupid things I've done while driving... in the year I've had my license, I haven't really done anything stupid. Except, one time I forgot to stop for a school bus, but it wasn't that bad. Cop pulled me over, asked what I did, I told him truthfully I hadn't noticed that the stop sign was out, he told me to pay more attention, and I went on my beautiful merry way.

I've been driving for almost 8 years and I don't understand why people get so excited about it anymore.
After a year the whole "I can drive!!" thing wore off and now I hate driving.

i have my drivers licence six years now, and i like driving especially in Germany where u can go as fast as u want on some highways.
What car do you ppl drive, manual or automatic transmission, for me it has to be manual, otherwise it's too boring.

cheers

ah the joy of no speed limit. That's always fun when driving there or in Europe in general. Too bad in the USA, we have low speed limit (in California, 70mph (112kmh) on some highways), but considering that a standard car is automatic, that the driving test is ridiculously easy, and we like to multitask in the car, that's a given. wink I cringe in the idea of Google driverless car...

OMG 112 km/h I can almost ride a bike faster, man you poor man.
Considering in the US the major cities are only on the coasts I don't understand why there are such extreme speed limits in the middle of the country, there is nothing but fields, just throw a heavy brick on the gas and enjoy. And when the majority of you cars are automatic, then this is a lazy peoples land biggrin

I can't drive and I never intend to learn.
After I had a car accident some time ago I developed a slight phobia, riding in a car stresses me. I can manage it, but if I had to drive, the fear would paralyze me. I would constanty think about what would happen if I crashed, or hit someone. I think that when you drive a car you automatically take on responsibility for any accidents you cause, and I just can't do it.

Lets say I have a driving license ....but you know
that doesn't necessarily mean that I can drive.

Yes I can. I've had my license for almost three years now, and I quite like driving.
Manual transmission, the way it's supposed to be. Cars with automatic transmission would only make me even lazier than I am now.
