We don't allow any fake/joke releases.
This is just a reminder on the day that it normally occurs.

In case you're asking seriously, yes, it's in effect all though of April.
Coincidentally, the rule's also in effect in January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December too.
It's never alright to add a fake release or spam fake releases on Baka-Updates, and this news bulletin is only a friendly reminder during a time of much foolery.
Like a warning not to drink and drive on New Years. Is it normally ever alright to drink and drive? Of course not. It's just THAT much of a high risk day, you get warned of the obvious.
That said, I imagine the repercussions for mistakenly entering a fake release in some other month would be forgiven easier. This is just a reminder to be careful.

Oh, ho, ho. Toto beat me to it.
