I started reading a shoujo (or maybe josei) manga but totally forgot to record the title.

It was ongoing and the plot based on a girl who met a boy during the summer of her childhood. Then for reasons or other they lost contact. After like ten years - they meet again and resume their relationship - but wait a minute there is a twin brother who knows things he shouldn't - who did she fall in love with when she was younger?

I remember there were some dolphin cellphone charms involved? Also the twins looked nothing alike or at least their hair colors were different and one was adopted into another family as you do in shoujo manga.
