What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I'm not sure if it's a manga or not, probably is but I'm just not sure. It's a fantasy/supernatural and the main character looks a lot like Ciel from Kuroshitsuji. I know it's not much to go on but hopefully you can help. Please and thanks? :'D
