Every single person in all manga/anime that portray these characteristics;
-Is the enemy of the protagonist but for some reason are forgiven by all the characters in the story despite what they did, when they are about to die. (example "oh hey im gonna die now so i guess ill suck up the hero and tell him i didn't really mean any harm in the things i did")
-Cocky people who are extremely weak and believe they are better than everyone at everything only because the main char isn't allowed to show his/her talents in public

1. Shou - Skip Beat

3. Sasuke - Naruto (only sometimes though)

...These are the only ones I can think of for the time being though. There have been some truly despicable villains in manga I've utterly loathed... but thankfully most of them die by story's end

6- Characters w/o a brain to consider consequences of their actions.
7- All those UNIMPORTANT SIDEKICKS who cant help but Discuss/Explain Main Character's fight.
8- Inoue Orihime : Your very existance is a hindrance to the plot development of Bleach.
9- Alucard : "His Coolness Level is over 9000!!!!1!!1!!" Wtf is this a character or a manifestation of some kinda masturbation?
10- These new guys on Berserk : You made Magic look like a childs plaything. And now Guts looks like some kinda Party leader on a FRP game teamed up with level 1 bitches and kids. Guts come on, just kill the Ex-Priest bitch already she cant even use healing spells.
