I was wondering if there is shoujo manga where one of the character is rich, with big attitude, snobbish , handsome, ladykiller (boys over flowers) and he is one of the main suitors for the heroine's hand, but he not only doesn't get the girl and he is humiliated for some reason and loses his face to everyone.

Its very rare that that sort of character in shoujo doesnt get the girl. But in Monkey High the popular guy doesnt get her (obviously) and instead she chooses the cute monkey boy. smile

In Yume de Aetara the protag wins out over the Rich guy, the super athletic and strong guy, and the childhood love.

Nope, It sounded more malicious than I intended, the reason is that at the moment I am watching Midsomer murders, a quite good TV show, in it often is shown a rich snobbish noble family with much dirt under their carpet that in the end burns them quite badly, that inspired me to write this request and I've already read Monkey high and Yume de Aetara smile

Well, there is Crazy Gril Shin Bia. I think that fits. It is a Hwang Mi Ri series (so it's rather...more bland than I'd normally recommend and our main female can be quite stupid) but it is one of the better ones I've read.
There are two more I could mention off the top of my head but I wouldn't recommend those to anyone as they're really bad series. I could keep looking though (my list is too long to keep track of).

Does he have to be rich? Otherwise That's why I sigh may fit. He doesn't get completely humiliated but he doesn't get the girl 100% either.

Maybe Akagami no Shirayukihime? Although both of the two males are rich, the other is very arrogant and ends up being humiliated.

Kimi wa Petto. I've never read the manga, but I assume that the drama follows it well enough...

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
From what I recall, there's a "perfect" guy who genuinely seems to like the main girl, but in the end he doesn't measure up to the main guy. I remember him being a little smug at times, usually accidentally obnoxious or would interrupt at inopportune moments which made the viewers annoyed at him...

Maison Ikkoku is a very good read and fits with the OP IIRC.
