Kimi no Sei this manga has the boy bullying the girl in the past, she is still traumatized by it. She meets the guy who bullied her when their in college, he's head over heels for her and she hates him. It's basically about how she uses the fact that he's crazy about her to her advantage and wants him to feel the same pain as her. (You probably want something comedic and typical shoujo like but this manga is very angsty. It's an emotional rollercoaster)
