I am pretty sure it is, "Rojiura no Mahou? Sagukoto? Sho" what you wrote Chineserider. But I am not sure since I couldn't find anything on it. Good luck on your search though.

yes as soon as Chinese rider gave me the characters i went to a translator but what does the headline say
