What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

The animation looks really neat so I was just curious about its origins. I don't watch much anime so even if it's an obvious one I don't know it!

I have hardly a clue man, and I watch quite a bit. It could be from Inuyasha anime, or monsters porn, or god knows what

It's from the movie adaption of Shoujo Kakumei Utena. The movie is good. Well, I liked it at least. I suggest watching the anime as well, as it's one of my favorites. biggrin
