B. Shock!
D-ASH (the story starts in kindergarden and ends in university. The part where they are kids is really short compered to the one where they are at college.)
Suzuka
Love Hina
Nonchan to Watashi
Kimi no Iru Machi (story starts at hight school, half way they get into college)
Nozoki Ana Borderline H with strange plot, but I was enjoying it.
Toribako House this one seems very interesting
Bonnouji
Billionaire Girl same creator of Spice and Wolf.
Hetakoi this one is cool

Maybe...
Last Game
Its starts in elementary school and slowly quickly goes to middle and highschool and then college- each chapter I think- goes to another um..level? Then they go to college- the main focus. This manga is really good
