I found a site that said its name was Junsashi Engi but i cant find any information on it.
Though they did say it was a new series so maybe there's no information on it yet?

yeah, it's not scanalated by any groups yet so this manga series is not on MU yet.

Well, it's true it's not scanlated by any group yet but this manga is on MU: Juuza Engi - Engetsu Sangokuden by Sayo Ichi - a new mangaka but no description yet though
