Hello everyone.im looking for a shounen manga in which the main protagonist dies at the start but then is brought back to life and then gains super powers . Same concept as yu yu hakusho but a bit modern . there can be romance but only as a sub plot. Thanks
Edit: if possible I'm looking for a hospital scene.something like this: brought to hospital bloody and almost dying ,doctors try but can't revive him and then suddenly after they gave up on him he comes back to life.i just love when the nurse goes DOCTER his pulse has returned !!

Kaibutsu Oujo - MC dies, is brought back to life and becomes immortal
Immortal Regis - guy dies, is brought back to life and becomes super powerful undead (it takes a while before he starts using his powers)
