What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

[m] Does anyone know if Elle to Takara DJ The Market of Darkness is being scanlated by someone other than DokiDoki? DokiDoki has stopped scanlating. Thanks for the help. I would love to read the rest of this series.
