I'm looking for a good romance manga that is at least kind of like the manga Suzuka.

I would prefer not to have too many females involved in the story. 2-3 at most.
I really liked how the manga focused both on the build up towards their relationship and then focused on the actual relationship instead of ending right after they got together.
A male main is a must.
On a lesser note, I would also prefer it to be rather lengthy but that's not all that important as long as the story is good.
By the way, I have read most of what Kouji has written and am currently reading his current work Kimi no Iru Machi so please don't suggest those.

Sounds like you could like Good Ending.
And maybe Ai Yori Aoshi and Ai Kora.

I'd say our tastes are similar so I can probably suggest a title or two, but it would be probably be easier for me (and the others) if you make your lists public so we know what you have read and what you are reading.

Kodomo no Jikan A little loli but not really. only major problem is its monthly.
Hetakoi from what i remember Its around about what you like, has a GE feel to it but a bit more mature.
Nozoki Ana Pretty sure your reading this by now, if not go do it.
Magico Shounen other than that o.ob
Pastel Pretty long and has some chapters out, currently not completed and the scanlators are not making it a priority but well worth a read.
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou Its a little less romance and more "the f**k this guys a were wolf!"but still enjoyable.
Koibana Onsen Hot spring romance!
Orange Yane no Chiisana Ie I've read all the ones you previously mentioned and i sure you'll enjoy this one!

I have plenty more if you've read these so looking forward to a reply. biggrin

I've already read orange yane no chiisana ie(really good), some of Koibana onsen(may finish in the future), and tried but couldn't get into pastel but the others definitely sound promising thanks!

As for the person that asked for a list, I would but it would take forever for me to remember the names of them all(there's quite a few). If it's really popular though, I've probably read or tried it.

Have you created a reading list here at MU? You can set that to public so that others can see it through your profile.

No, I wasn't even aware you could do that but I guess I'll try to do that and put as many as I can think of.

Well anyways, let me try...

I second Hetakoi
Ichigo 100% (really popular so I'm not sure if you've read this)
Salad Days
Midori no Hibi
Love Roma (laid back compared to Suzuka, but a must read)

Anything by Adachi Mitsuru is a must-read for fans of shounen romance. It's just that you either love his stuff or you don't. If you do like him, he has tons of other titles you will also enjoy. His stories do usually end with the protagonists getting together, but that is offset by the amount of development they get as the story progresses. I started with Cross Game by the way.

Kitazaki Taku's recent stuff is also worth checking out; that is, if you're not averse to borderline h.
