What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Shikamaru or Chouji....don't get me wrong, i like them as characters but they need to end their life in an epic battle...seriously

but yea on a side note: Naruto and Sasuke needs to die....for being "annoying"

They should, but you know what... there was an implosion and NONE OF THEM died... so, I think the only option for their death is a paper shredder... because the author would just find another way to bring them back.
