What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Sword Art Online, an ongoing anime based on a light novel. It's also a manga. Personally my favorite anime of this season.
