What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I just love Kaichou wa Maid-sama! so I made this amv and want your opinion of it. It's my first amv and I made it with windows live movie maker so please be kind to me!
