I am looking for a cruel main character who kills without a second thought something along the lines of lucy from elfen lied or the wretched egg from deadman wonderland. A main character who kills and enjoys it(not death note) in a bloody way. Better art is preferable.
Thank you in advance and i appolagize for spelling errors as itouchs suck -_-

Koroshiya 1. Not really a "hero" in the story, but both main characters kill pretty much without remorse, in exceedingly bloody ways.
Akumetsu. Kills without remorse, but only because he believes wholeheartedly that what he's doing is right, and the people he's killing are evil.
Hellsing. Only read a few chapters, but it doesn't seem like the protagonist gives too many fucks about the people he murders.

The first thing that comes to mind is Code Breaker which like Akumetsu also is about the character's sense of righteousness. The male lead is pretty cold-blooded but gets a morality pet in the female lead which obstructs a lot of his plans.
I'd still give it a try because the guy is still pretty ruthless regardless of his morality pet.
Black Lagoon Sort of fits. The recurring characters and pretty much everyone surrounding the male lead can get more than a little trigger happy.
Believe it or not
Mirai Nikki
Superior
Edit:
Yu Yu Hakusho It's filled with anti-heros. One of them is an adrenaline junkie, one is the average punk with a heart of gold, one has a pretty dark side, but the last one more or less fits. In the beginning it's implied that he strictly enjoys the thrill because it fills him. He doesn't smile, but I always see a bit of satisfaction on his face. There are also other characters who either have reasons for being blood thirsty or just are just evil. It's a classic and the art isn't praised, but once you get passed that it can be enjoyable. Lots of blood.
Berserk
Soul Eater
...I doubt I was of any real help. But I spent a great deal surfing the web to recall a lot of these...my memory's not good.

The beginning is original but starts lacking around the 80-100s. It has friendship, quirky characters, and at times gets overly cheesy. There's no real "gore" but the male lead burns his victims alive.

Yu-Gi-Oh
qualifies but only in the early manga, but it's more or less like code breaker and not much bloodshed as it is psychological...but the guy gets a kick out of it. Mirai Nikki
Superior

Female lead was originally this. While she laughs hardly at the bloodshed although there are some sincere times that she goes back to being ruthless. That's more seen in the early parts of the sequel though.

In Soul Eater, it's when they're taken over by the "madness". But sometimes you have to wonder about some characters....

Yureka fits in a way-- it is not actual killing but he would easily through his friends under the bus to save himself and does it all the time
also in the same way 1/2 Prince has the running gag of prince being the "blood elf" but it is more humorous then cruel

Cavalier of the Abyss might fit. Might have to read Immortal Regis to understand the plot though.

If you want blood (and slashing) I recommend Vagabond. Nice art, storyline and troubled characters.

If you haven't already read it Anne Freaks should fit. Anne enjoys killing a lot. and doesn't care if she kills innocent bystanders if they are in her way.
Dorohedoro Is a good one too. Kaiman doesn't seem to care who he kills on his path to get what he wants. Also it is a really good manga in general. (I am not done this one yet so I cant vouch for later chapters, but I don't think he is going to stop killing people) As for the art, I like it, but it's pretty unique so I can see people having a problem with it.
Duds Hunt Is pretty much about the main character killing people and not caring who they are no matter what.
Franken Fran Fran usually tries to keep people alive no matter what, but what she does to people is almost always worse that killing them. She does end up killing a lot of people though, either directly or through enabling others to kill, but she never cares no matter the outcome.
Drifters the characters are very pleased with themselves for coming up with creative ways to kill there enemies and generally like battlefields and killing as many people on the other side as well. Its by the same mangaka as Hellsing.
Waltz might work too. The main character kills for money and entertainment.
If you haven't seen it yet Baccano! has a bunch of main characters some of which really enjoy killing.
